Log into your CounselMore account and navigate to the Settings menu

What is the CounselMore Training Program?
Our Training Program is a structured set of live training lessons with one of our Tech Mentors.
How do I complete the Training Program?
There are 3 different ways to complete your training sessions:
1) Training Program Knowledge
8 Training Knowledge Base Articles.
Each KBA provides detailed and organized instruction. To access this from the app, go to Settings > Training > And click the "Knowledge Base" button of any section.
2) Recorded Training Sessions: Watch an expert go through the app click by click providing visual cues. To access a Recorded Training from the app,
Click the "Recorded Training" button for any section.
3) Live Training Sessions: Attend our live trainings to ask questions, share your screen, and get hands on practice with a live expert guiding you along the way.
Initiate a free trial or subscribe in order to book a Live Training. To book a Live Training Click "Live Training" for the lesson you need.

Tip: After completing each section, Check that section off
It is recommended that you go through the entire Training Program using all 3 ways mentioned above. Read the articles and videos, then book your live training session with our Tech Mentors. This will allow you to maximize your live training sessions.
