How should we collect the unofficial transcript before the client is an actual client?
All 3 portals look the same: Counselor, Student and Parent. Which makes it easier to describe the issue to all audiences at the sometime.
Invite the Parent to the portal. When the Parent reaches the Files tab, an on screen message will ask them to authenticate against Google.
The hamburger button is also also available to the Parent. They will click there and upload from their hard drive into the Counselor's Files tab / shared folder. No more chasing attachments, have all you need where you need it.
