Discover the multitude of offerings available to you in CounselMore by delving into the Webmaster section, where you can explore and learn more about its features!

Stay out of Client's Spam folder

Do this to reduce the chances of your emails going to spam

1. Copy your CounselMore email addresses from your CounselMore account.
   1. Open your CounselMore account
   2. Go to Settings > Webmaster
   3. Look for 'Keep emails you send out of the recipients SPAM folder' and click the 'copy' icon button
      
   4. The email addresses will now be copied to your clipboard
      1. It will look something like: mybusiness@smail.counselmore.com, notifications@counselmore.com
2. Advise clients to add those to their address book.
   • This varies a lot by email service provider but here are instructions you can send to clients who are using Gmail. 

Improve your brand right away

Allow your clients direct access to their portal login page from your website
