- Complete Your Profile: Boost company’s visibility using our amazing SEO - by updating your CounselMore Educational Services Directory profile to attract prospective families. Inside your software account Settings Menu >> Counselor Profile is where you will build your directory profile.

DATA MANAGER - Choose Data Defaults

Go to Settings > Account Setup >> Custom Menu This article will guide you and this article is for resources you may want to link.

Go to Settings > Data Manager (set default data columns) This article will tell which columns members choose most for each list type.

Use Danny demo (your test student) to get to know the data using the multi phase school list builder.

Add schools to Danny, promote schools through to App Tracker.

Click Menu from any school list tab in Danny's account - select College Data Menu and add/remove data columns to shop through the data.

Determine which columns should be your Default Columns for each list - by setting up Danny Demo's lists and the order the columns should appear. Just click, hold drag columns into your preferred order.

When confident in your choices, Save to Defaults - Click Menu >> College Data Menu >>> Set As Default

Then Apply to All Students by going to Settings Menu (top right corner) and click the Data Manager >> Apply all changes to existing students - click the button

Prepare a Counselor list and promote schools to the student list, then promote schools to the App Tracker.

From the App Tracker Essays Data Column, Export Essay prompt directly to the student's Google Drive folder.

Generate an assignment for the essay directly from the Essay Status column.

Navigate to the App Tracker generated Assignment in the Assignment tab. Select the Grad cap icon and Start Date of the assignment.
