Settings - My Account : How to add/update credit card

If you need to add/update your credit card information, here's a quick guide to help you through the process:

If You're on a Free Trial

Welcome to CounselMore! As a new member, we’re excited to have you on board. During your free trial, you’ll notice a pink button in the top right corner of your screen showing the number of days left in your trial and an option to “Buy Now.” You won’t need to enter any payment details unless you decide to upgrade your account.

Clicking “Buy Now” will prompt you to select a plan (starting at $35/month for 5 active students), choose any optional add-ons, and then enter your payment details.

If your trial has ended:

You won’t be able to log in and will automatically be redirected to the upgrade page, where you can:

1. Select the plan that best suits your needs
2. Choose any add-ons (optional)
3. Enter your payment details and complete your purchase

CounselMore will give you the option to extend for one extra free day if you’re not quite ready to purchase yet — this provides 24 more hours of access before making your decision.

How to Add or Update Your Credit Card (Existing Subscribers)

Once you are on a paid plan and need to update or change your card

1. Log in to your account.

2. Navigate to your account settings > My Account > Payment details

3. Look for the "change"  button to manage payment methods or update your credit card information.



4. Enter your personal information, including your name and your address.

5. Enter the new credit card details, including the card number, expiration date, and CVC code.

5. Confirm  the changes to update your credit card on file.

Remember to double-check the information entered to ensure accuracy and avoid any payment issues.
