New Accounts - My Business Setup Overview This article goes over the "My Business Setup" which is the section of your Settings menu regarding account customizations..
Log into your CM account and navigate to the Settings menu. Open Settings and to the left side of your screen, you will see "My Business Setup"

1) Business Billing Address: If you will be sending invoices to parents via your CounselMore account, enter your business billing address. If you do not want your address included on invoices, do not add your address.
2) Business Email Address: Enter your contact email on the right hand side.
2A) Multi Counselor Account Admin Business Email: Enter the company email address used for general contact.
3) Select your notification preferences:
A. "CC your business email..." means that you will get a copy of anything that
leaves your CM account. That's a copy of every invoice, progress
summary, broadcast, etc... The copy will come to your from
notifications@counselmore.com because it is a receipt email, not a
communication.
It is useful to have a copy for record keeping and we recommend creating an
email filter for notifications@counselmore.com
B. "Send me an email..." means you will get an additional email whenever a
student checks an assignment off as "done" (you will already receive an in app
notification by default).
4) Customize your Student / Parent Portal invites: The standardized login instructions from CounselMore are included on each invite and cannot be changed but you can add a message or additional personalization to the top of the standard instructions. Here's a deeper article on the custom invite instructions. Read through the article so you don't repeat any of the instructions.
5) Student Portal Search Settings: will allow you to grant access to the full search database. Please note that if none of your students have accepted invite, you'll see a blank list. As your students join, you'll see their names populate so you can modify access.
6) Change Net Fit Reach Lottery: which appears in your college lists. Modify the terminology in each category to update across the entire portal.
7) Tab settings:
To Rearrange: Click, hold, and drag the pancakes at the top center of each tab, left or right. Click the eyeball to hide any tabs you're not using. What you hide from the counselor-portal will be hidden in the student-portal.
