MANAGER/OWNER:

Start with a Free 14-Day Trial 
  1. Register for the free trail, explore all the features.
  2. Add a student account (we will migrate your historical data for you later, for now add up to 5 Active students).
  3. Your teammates may want to also start a free trial - go ahead! Anyone can initiate a free trial. When you have made your choice to become a member, tell us which account should be the "Admin" account and you will invite new members to your account, where they will all be linked for work-collaboration. For now, poke around individually. Need more? Just ask.
  4. Book a private Q & A session with a CounselMore Mentor. We will answer your questions, and show you how your process will be reflected in CounselMore.
  5. Review the list of materials below to get ready for your Implementation session (included in your plan). Gather these items together to be ready for your dedicated account set up meeting.
  6. Our Mentors will help you customize your account, migrate your historical information and continue onboarding your team. The timeline depends on your sense of urgency. Just let your Mentor know what your chosen timeline needs to be and we will be ready.

With our complimentary training and onboarding, we will have you transitioned in 30 days or less - that leaves lots of time for you to think about how we can build custom integrations for your team.

IMPORTANT - HOW TO REGISTER THE PRIMARY ACCOUNT, FOR YOUR MULTI LICENSE ACCOUNT:

This is the primary account that has control over all other accounts it creates.

First Name:      Last Name:

COMPANY OWNER or program executive director's name (this won't appear in the app).

Company Email:

Neutral Address  -        such as info@yourcompany.com

By using a neutral email address for the "Admin" account you allow for other choices and options to remain available to you later.

FIRST CHARGES:

Initial Invoice: 

Free Trial = 14 days

First paid plan =  All plans begin at just $35 for 5 Active Students.

You may choose to stay at the low low price of $35 while you continue onboarding and account set up on your own.

When you are ready for multi license account dedicated implementation meeting, upgrade your multi license account to an Unlimited Student plan in order to be ready to accept your historical client information.

When your historical admissions decision information is loaded into CounselMore you will have access to admissions scatterplots and data visuals that guide counselor strategy. These reports are also capable of client-facing reports, if you choose.

Costs:

$150 unlimited Active Student record storage (Prospect/Archive gratis)(Retail: $200)

$50 managers suite (optional choice: permissions, privacy, security, Google Drive)

$39 each additional license added to the primary account (1st license, 50% discount. $19)

30 days: Your final pricing is customized during the first 30 days from account opening. Within your first 30 days, consultations with our mentors, ensuring it aligns with both your budget and future plans. Google Drive Connection: 

YOU HAVE OPTIONS - Review & decide your Google drive options. Have credentials for the company's appropriate Google drive accounts. Manager's suite required to engage options.

Prepare .csv files (client name, email, etc.) for upload. Do you need our help with this? Just email support@counselmore.com

Student Data Migration.

Scheduling/Calendar Credentials:

Have your login details for Calendly or Acuity. We will help you connect your accounts.

Integration during implementation

Hubspot Integration:

If you are a paid Hubspot member and would like integration from your sales team to your counseling team - just let us know.

Zapier Integration:

CounselMore integrates with Zapier tools at different levels. Just ask and your mentor can fill you in on how.

Build a repeatable process or purchase CounselMore's client-ready college-readiness assignments package. Edit and add your own to the mix. This is the core routine for every college counseling practice. The Assignments package is the insta-solution for consultants looking for a product map for their services. Build a Menu of Resources:

Prepare a hyper-list of resources, in the order you prefer, and paste them into your custom menu.

Products & Services Billing Profiles:

Gather details; product names, services, costs, payment plans & descriptions if applicable. Review Accounting, Basics

Adding Team Members:

Choose each license level of permissions (requires manager's suite); interact with all files or only their assigned students. Test views during implementation.

How to upgrade your account:

While logged into your CounselMore software account

Click the Settings Menu in top right hand corner

Select My Account from the left side menu

When there, click the "See Other Plans" button

A new screen will open asking you how many students you serve in a calendar year. Enter a number.

Recommended plans will be shown below.

Follow the on screen instructions for the Unlimited Student plan.
