Many counselors create a Google spreadsheet to track application progress per student and across there entire student case load but those who use CounselMore build those processes into their CounselMore account so they do not duplicate their efforts or collect data in multiple locations.

What is a Status & Strategy column?

  • Application Guidelines are collected for you and parsed per school - so that the Counselor may track each individual application requirement per School, per student in the student App Tracker.
  • Each App Requirement has a dedicated column that reads the collected requirement
  • Each App Requirement column has a partner column called a Status & Strategy column.
