Counselor can share their student's Google drive folder with parents, separately. Student's Gdrive folder is not auto-shared with parents or Parent Portal.

The counselor has the opportunity and advantage to decide privacy settings for each Student's Google drive folder. The Student's Google drive folder will not auto-share with anyone but the student.

Parent logs into the Parent Portal and clicks the Files Tab but doesn't see any files:

In order for parents to view the Google drive files contained in the Student's Google drive folder the actual Google drive folder must be shared with the Parent's email address. Files are then visible inside the Parent Portal, Files tab.

How do I share the Student's folder with the parent.

1. Open the Student Profile and expand Contacts.

2. Click 'Share' next to the contact you would like to share with.
