Troubleshoot - System Requirements for Counselor Portal

This article is only for the counselor portal. The student portal is standalone and doesn't have any requirements, it can even be accessed through a mobile phone.

CounselMore is a web app. What this means is that the most important component is what browser you use and not so much what computer since the app never actually gets installed anywhere. As long as you're using Google Chrome, you shouldn't run into any issues. If you're facing performance issues please see the recommended specs below and submit a help request if you're still having issues on your end.
