      Multi License - Managers, Add a new license

      Multi Title card

      At the very top of your Quicklist, you'll see a button to "Add License"

       

      Enter the Counselor's information and click "Create"

       

      Select whether you want your Counselor invoicing clients directly from the Accounting Tab

       

       

      Click "Assign Students" to move existing students over to the newly created Counselor

       

       

      Check the appropriate student(s) and click "Assign Selected"

       

      See your newly created Counselor and their Students in the Quicklist
