Follow these instructions to review the new platform.
What will the new price be for my plan?
Navigate to your CounselMore Account >> Top right hand corner Settings >> My Account
When you are on the My Account page - Find the button that reads: SEE OTHER PLANS
Clicking there will launch a price tool.
ENTER YOUR BEST ESTIMATE FOR THE NUMBER OF ACTIVE STUDENTS YOU SERVE EACH CALENDAR YEAR.
ALL PLANS BEGIN AT $35 / mo for 5 Active Student Records
AS A MULTI LICENSE PLAN HOLDER, YOU LIKELY HAVE MORE THAN
80 ACTIVE STUDENT RECORDS
PER CALENDAR YEAR
THEREFORE, YOU WOULD CHOOSE THE UNLIMITED PLAN
$150 /MO. UNLIMITED ACTIVE STUDENT RECORDS
That will be the smart choice, if you serve more than 80 active students per calendar year. If you serve less than 80 Active Students per year. Then we encourage you to pay less!
Just below the unlimited active student records plan is the
$99 /mo plan for 35 Active Student Records.
If you have less than 80 and more than 35 - you will have a tailored price based on your account activity and at a significantly discounted rate.
CounselMore plans are now per license pricing
Once upon a time, we had Single Counselor plans and Multi Counselor plans - now we have one plan that any license can add additional licenses to.
Costs are calculated by the total number of ACTIVE student records and the total number of staff licenses. Most of our current Multi License plan holders, have more than 80 Active students and will continue a Unlimited Student plan choice.
The point is that the Account Owner controls their costs from their desktop at all times.
The CounselMore member chooses an Active Student tier plan that makes the most sense for their Active client-load each year (prospect and archived records are unlimited storage). Each tier has a set number of Active Students, the ability to add more active students to any tier at anytime and an increasing financial advantage comes with each tier. The more Active Students, the smaller the per student cost. If you're interested, this grid will demonstrate the per student price for each tier.
When you would like to exceed the total Active student count for your tier you can! Anytime!
When you add an additional student, you will be charged a tiny or tiniest per student monthly cost. In this way your client list can expand when it needs to but not be charged when it is not expanding. Your account is only charged for ACTIVE student records. Prospect and Archive are unlimited storage. We will even port over all of your historical client information so that you can take advantage of the new analytics reporting. The magic number is 80 Active Students. When you hot 80, it is a financial advantage to your, to move to an unlimited plan.
Staff licenses are charged at 39$ per license, per month. Cancel anytime. If you cancel mid-month you are only charged for the days the staff license is active. Do you need more than 10 staff licenses? Then we have a tailored plan for you!
Each Multi License now has the opportunity to purchase permission level-capabilities through the Manager's Suite or forego permissions in offices where everyone shares the same platform and same Google Drive. If you have a horizontal organization, save yourself some money.
The Manager's Suite is $50 / mo.
What will my new plan look like?
For the majority of our members, the information provided above brings positive updates. It offers you the opportunity to better manage your expenses directly from your computer, while also providing additional features and functionalities.
While a small percentage of members may experience a price increase, we regret not being able to maintain the same level of discounts for everyone. However, with our new platform, we can continue to develop and introduce tailored features just for you.
Most Multi License plans will look something like this:
$150 Unlimited Active, Prospective, Archive Student Records
$50 Manager's Suite (optional)
$39 (x # of staff license)

Take these steps to migrate your plan

- Consider the number of Active student records you will serve in a calendar year. Is the unlimited plan still the smart choice for you? Or do you have less than 80 Active students in a calendar year?
- Consider the Manager's Suite and the setting of permission levels. Does your staff require different levels of visibility permissions?
- How many staff licenses will you need over the next calendar year?

What if I do nothing - what will happen to my account?
Nothing.
Unless you initiate the change, nothing will change about your account. If we do not hear from you, we will reach out to you to discuss your plan changes. We've got you covered. Sit-tight and we will be with you shortly.
