If you see duplicate name appear in quicklist, A student has already entered your CM account

In some cases, when a parent goes to make a new appointment, they mistakenly put their own name and email address first. This causes CM to recognize a new student email address in the first position and subsequently creates a new student record. To avoid this issue, counselors need to set up their Calendly to remind parents to only enter the student's name and email address in the first line, rather than the parent's information. This will help prevent the creation of duplicate records and ensure a smoother scheduling process.
