Keep in mind:

All Single License software capabilities are included in the Single License plans - there are no tiers of capabilities.

There are additional features, capabilities and solutions available beyond the Single License but all Single License plans are fully equipped with full capabilities and CounselMore proprietary admissions data.

UPGRADE FROM AN OLD PLAN TO THE NEW PLAN

  1. Review your account and update any students who shouldn't be marked as "Active."
    1. Change their status to either Archive or Prospect.
    2. All student records begin as Prospect status. Prospect status is an intake tool only.
    3. Archive status does not make the record inaccessible, only frozen. You may still review the files and results are included in your analytics. Archive requires app results to be entered and will be included in reporting.
  2. Check the number of active student records you have. You can find this at the top of your QuickList.
    1. Think about how many active student records you completed last year and how many you intend for the next year. Remember, you can adjust this number up or down outside of your plan tier. Estimating your yearly needs helps you get the best pricing, as more active records mean lower costs per record.
    2. A tier plan provides a significant discount and is eligible for downgrading 12 months from plan change. There is also a completely flexible tier but the per student rate is much higher.

  3. When ready to calculate the best plan for you and then upgrade, go to My Account in the top right of your app > Settings > My Account > under Subscription click See Other Plans button. The tools will provide you with costs.
    1. As a legacy plan holder, you will find a Contact us button before the final payment.
    2. Once you've decided on the right plan please contact us with:

We will look in your account to confirm the same number of Active student records.
A ticket will submitted to our development team. 
They will return to you with a future transition date and explain your account credits, pro-rates, etc. at the same time. My reply will be within 5 - 10 business days.
Please follow the instructions above to avoid being charged for student records you did not intend to be Active at the time of account transition.
