When sending bulk or broadcast emails with PDF attachments in CounselMore, you might notice that the attachment does not show up under the Messaging tab in the platform, don’t worry—this is by design. 

The Answer: Storage Considerations

It’s important to know that attachments in bulk or broadcast emails are not stored in the Messaging tab of CounselMore. This behavior is intentional and designed to address storage capacity concerns.

Here’s what happens:

  1. The PDF attachment is delivered successfully to the recipient's email inbox (e.g., Gmail or other external email accounts).
  2. While the email itself is logged in CounselMore’s Messages tab, the attachment is not stored or displayed in this location.

This setup helps manage system storage and ensures efficient email delivery without overloading CounselMore’s data servers.
