This behavior is intentional and designed to address storage capacity concerns. Here’s what happens: 1. The PDF attachment is delivered successfully to the recipient's email inbox (e.g., Gmail or other external email accounts). 2. While the email itself is logged in CounselMore’s Messages tab, the attachment is **not stored or displayed** in this location.
