Viewing the Student Portal as a Counselor

Counselors can easily preview the student portal to see exactly what their students are experiencing.

How it Works
When a student portal is active, you’ll see a View Student Portal option in the upper-right header of your counselor portal.

By clicking View Student Portal, you will be logged in directly to that student’s portal. This allows you to experience the portal just as your student does — giving you the same view of their Assignments, Files, College List, App Tracker List and Messaging.

🚧 While in this mode, you can manage the student portal as if you are the student — not just view it.

👉 Note: To return to your counselor portal, simply click "Back to Counselor View" in the header.
