[Clients - Biographical Banners](https://helpdesk.counselmore.com/client-management?hsLang=en#clients-biographical-banners) # Updating Bio Banners via File Upload; Academic Transcript, Meeting Transcript, Outcomes and more. ## Counselors can update Bio Banner sections by simply uploading a file or pasting in new information. We'll extract and map it into the correct fields—no manual entry required. Watch Video #### **Step 1**: Open a Student Profile #### **Step 2**: Expand a Bio Banner Section - Locate the section you want to update (e.g., *Student Information*) - Click to **expand** the section #### **Step 3**: Click “AI Assist” - Click the **“AI Assist”** button within the section #### **Step 4**: Upload a file, Type or Paste Updates 1\. Click the '+' button and select a file (a list of outcomes, academic transcript, meeting transcript, just about anything) **OR** 2\. Choose **Text** to paste or type updates - Example: “Ira is a senior at Lincoln High with 3.8 GPA...”   #### **Step 5**: Click “Parse & Preview” - Click **“Parse & Preview”** - Once the file is parsed you'll see "Data Extracted" at the top of a new window - Scroll through the data to confirm the values are as you expect. If anything needs correcting, correct it here. #### **Step 6**: Apply to Bio Banner - Click **“Apply Selected to Bio Banners”**   --- #### Result: Bio Banner Updated After applying, the Bio Banner section will be populated with the new information, neatly organized and ready for further edits if needed. -
