Updating Bio Banners with AI Assist

Counselors can use AI Assist directly within a student’s profile to quickly update Bio Banner sections. Simply upload, speak, or paste new information, and AI import will extract and map it into the correct fields—no manual entry required.

Step 1: Open a Student Profile

Step 2: Expand a Bio Banner Section

  • Locate the section you want to update (e.g., Student Information)
  • Click to expand the section

Step 3: Click “AI Assist”

  • Click the “AI Assist” button within the section

Step 4: Type or Speak Updates

  1. Choose Text to type or paste updates

    • Example: “Sandy is a senior at Lincoln High with 3.8 GPA...”

    OR

  2. Choose Voice to speak the update

Step 5: Click “Extract & Fill”

  • Click “Extract & Fill”

Step 6: Apply to Bio Banner

  • Click “Apply to Fields”

 

Result: Bio Banner Updated

After applying, the Bio Banner section will be populated with the new information, neatly organized and ready for further edits if needed.
