For a comparative analysis, the Evaluate Fit column allows counselors and students to evaluate how a student’s academic profile aligns with a school’s requirements. This report includes:
• Admissions Profile Review: shows how different parts of a student’s application are viewed by a college and how the student measures themselves against those expectations.
• Acceptance by SAT and ACT: A visual representation of past admissions results based on GPA and test scores, helping predict the likelihood of acceptance.
• Student Candidate vs. Campus Application: This section compares the student’s GPA and coursework with the college’s admitted class averages and recommended courses, showing how well the student’s preparation aligns with the school’s expectations.
• Test Results: Compares the student’s ACT and SAT scores against the average scores of the last admitted class.
• School Profile: Gives key college stats such as graduation and retention rates, rejection rate, student–faculty ratio, cost, top majors, and study abroad/learning support options.
• Application Guidelines: Lists admission requirements like test credits, recommendations, and interview policy, along with essay prompts and application deadlines.
Important Note: The data used for comparison comes from the Student Fit Assessments. To ensure accurate results, students should complete the Fit Assessments found in the Student Info Fit Assessments Banner before using this report.
This comparison helps counselors and students realistically assess admission chances and identify reach, match, and safety schools.
Where to Find Evaluate Fit:

Additionally, you can create a custom report by emailing your template report to support@counselmore.com. To do this, create a spreadsheet that outlines the rows and columns you need. The report does not need to contain data—just include one row of sample data to show the developers exactly how the report should be structured. This ensures your requested report aligns with the available data in the app.
