Scenario:
A counselor noticed that certain school deadlines data in their App Tracker appeared outdated, despite the information being correct on our end. Upon investigation, we found that their computer’s cache was holding onto older information.
If you’re experiencing a similar issue, follow these troubleshooting steps to refresh your data and display the most current information.
Steps to Refresh School Data
1. Go to your App Tracker and go to the school(s) in question.
2. Remove the School from the App Tracker
This will move the school back to the Student List.
3. Navigate to the Student List
Once in the Student List, find the school you just removed.
4. Add the School back to the App Tracker
5. Review the Updated Data
Go back to the App Tracker and check the school’s dates and data. You should now see the correct, updated information.
