      Troubleshooting - Files tab, Google drive, Uploading files

       

      Please note that the GD Integration does not link when in Incognito mode or when third party cookies are disabled.  

       
      Having trouble with the Files tab? 

      You can still add directly to Google's end and CounselMore will reflect the update instantly

      Go to the student's Files tab

      Click the Action button

      Select Open Student folder

      New tab will open, to student's shared Google folder.

      Upload directly to Google drive.

      If you believe you found a bug, please report this to support or book a Tech Mentor call and our advisors will personally assist you.

      1. Open your Files Tab, click the blue circle menu and click Open student folder. This will launch the Google Drive folder for this student in a new tab.

      2. Drag and drop the file you would like to share with your student / counselor into the new tab.

      Your file will upload and be visible to your student / counselor.
