      Troubleshoot - No logo or crest next to the school's name How to report a missing crest for a school?

      There will not be a school crest visible in the App Tracker

      The school may have been added by another member of CounselMore adding a school to the database. 
      Schools are not required to submit a crest. 
      Therefore, no crest will be seen on any list for those schools.

      Please report a missing crest to the support team at support@counselmore.com
