      Can Super Users See Prospect Student Records?

      If you are assigned the Super User role in CounselMore, you automatically have visibility into all students, including those marked as prospects.

      This visibility is not limited by student status—whether a student is active, archived, or still in the prospect stage, Super Users can view their records.

      No additional setup or permissions are required.
