Student List not loading from Student Portal

Student can login to account but their Student List does not load

You may have invited your student and they were able to login to their Student Portal successfully. They can see their assignments, Files, everything except their Student List. Likely they are seeing a spinning wheel when they click into their College List tab.

What causes this issue?

This issue is caused by devices and / or network connections that block our software. Common cases are and their fixes below:

  • Using a school issued laptop which has a firewall blocking unknown software.
    • Try a different machine: Personal laptop, cell phone, Tablet.
  • Using a personal laptop while on a school WIFI network.
    • Try your laptop at home or using a mobile hotspot.
  • The student is not using Google Chrome or it may need an update.
    • Install or update Google Chrome
