[student portal] Student list of schools in student portal - List not loading
My student list is not loading and it just spins
Troubleshooting:
1) Are you using a Chromebook? A Chromebook issued by the school usually has a firewall that prevents the list from loading.
2) Are you on another school issued computer ? See point #1
3) Are you using a computer on your school's wifi network? See point #1
4) Is it possible that your counselor has not yet added schools to your student list? In that case click the menu button and add schools to your list by keyword / name. Keyword search means enter the keyword of the name of the school only. Example: Instead of entering "University of North Carolina" just enter "Chapel Hill"
Did you answer No, to all of the above?
