Email is difficult to track when you are trying to grow your client list.
Routine Assignments might not seem like an option—but they can be helpful in the client acquisition pipeline!
Create a Routine Assignment for "Reply to Client Inquiry" Indicate in your reply that they have access to a student portal and 15 days to use the portal for free and choose to engage your services.
Make the new student Active, invite to the portal and begin onboarding before you've had your first meeting. Counselors who have chosen this response to client inquiry saw a 11% increase in conversion rate and opened the door to offering DIY services.
You can use routine assignments to store your email templates. Simply paste your message into the routine assignment and then copy-paste it when sending emails through the Broadcasting Station.
Here’s an overview of your options:
1. Messages Tab:
You can send one-off emails directly from the Messages tab, attaching or linking any necessary files. This is perfect for personalized follow-ups like “Follow up to our info meeting.”
2. Broadcasting Station:
Use this feature to send emails to multiple parents or students at once. It’s a great way to keep leads informed and save time.
3. Scheduled Emails:
The Scheduled Emails feature is perfect for planning and timing your communication. You can schedule emails to go out at a specific time or even set them to repeat annually using the Scheduled tab.
4. Routine Assignments for Email Templates:
Paste your pre-written email templates into a routine assignment. When you’re ready to send an email, copy the text and use it in the Broadcasting Station or Messages tab.
