Text Forwarding - Text not forwarding to my phone or are delayed
If you encountered this problem, please see guidelines below to rectify this issue.
1. Head to Settings > Texting Setup
2. Uncheck the box for text forwarding and clear your phone number
3. REFRESH your browser and enter again your phone number
4. Go back to Settings > Texting Setup
5. Check the box again.
Issue still persists?
We are unable to guarantee the reliability of when a text message arrives to your device. CounselMore takes care of forwarding the message to your provider's servers and guarantees timely delivery of that text over to them. On rare occasions, we see delays happening from the provider end of things and unfortunately have no visibility into those issues.
