Essays: Essay Status and Supplemental Essay Status columns completion. App Tracker: Status cell completions. Red bars indicate areas needing attention. Use filters to find specific students.

Assignments View

Summary of the Assignments tab across all of your students. Track student and parent facing assignments like essays and application components. Use Smart Sort to identify students who need follow-up. Identify students that haven't logged in and have assignments due soon and send a reminder email.

  • Allows you to view assignment progress:

    • By student

    • By parent

  • Filterable by graduation year (classes).

  • Filterable by student or assignment name.

  • Can be downloaded for reporting or records.

Files View

Summary of recently updated files from the Files tab across all of your students. Click any file to open and review. Use Smart Sort to prioritize which files to review based on student activity.

  • Helps you quickly access newly uploaded or modified documents.

App Tracker View

Summary of the App Tracker tab across all of your students. Monitor all student applications, upcoming submission dates and their submission status. Use Grid View to see all students' status on specific application components. Use Smart Sort to help you focus on what's due first.
