Settings - Account Setup : Client Portal Assessments

Collect student information easily as the student enters the student portal.

The Counselor has the choice to "turn on" assessments for each student or to choose to make all student portal log in flow the same.

When a Counselor chooses to "turn on" assessments the student will be greeted upon log in with a series to "Welcome Mats" these are screens used in information collection.

The student can always access these answers again in the student information section "Bio Banners"

to understand the student portal experience. Choose to turn on assessments for all students via the Admin account ( AKA primary account holder for your team) by selecting in Settings > Client Portal Assessments

 

With the Client Portal Assessments feature, counselors can select which assessments students need to complete when they first log in to their Student Portal. These selections will serve as the default settings for all new students but can be tailored for each student if needed.

Here’s a brief overview to help you get started.

  • Head to Settings > Account Setup > Client Portal Assessments
  • Default Setup: The first assessment is automatically enabled for all new students.

Note: New students will be able to view and complete this assessment as part of their onboarding process.

  • Customizing Assessments: Navigate to counselor settings to activate additional assessments. These changes will apply to all new students

  • New students will now be able to view and complete the activated assessments as part of their onboarding process.
