With the Client Portal Assessments feature, counselors can select which assessments students need to complete when they first log in to their Student Portal. These selections will serve as the default settings for all new students but can be tailored for each student if needed.
Here’s a brief overview to help you get started.
- Head to Settings > Account Setup > Client Portal Assessments
- Default Setup: The first assessment is automatically enabled for all new students.
- Customizing Assessments: Navigate to counselor settings to activate additional assessments. These changes will apply to all new students
Note: New students will be able to view and complete this assessment as part of their onboarding process.

The “Danny Demo” sample student assessments are permanently turned on and will remain active by default.
