      QUESTIONS:

      If we purchase the new customizable form, will we be able to create more than 1 customizable form for students to complete?

      Also, will we be able to customize a form that is only seen by the student and one that is only seen by the parent? 
       
      The above order is for one form that will be found in the same Student Profile as current and other assessments/questions. That Student Profile is seen in both parent and student portals.

      Is there a limit of how long it can be?
      No there isn't a limit
       
      What happens if I do not make a prepayment? What will happen after April 3rd? Will I be offered the feature at a different price? Not offered at all?
       
      Payment is to get yourself in line for the implementation call. We expect a decent wave of people coming through the funnel for support so we are prioritizing those who prepay. Nonetheless, if you don't prepay you will be able to purchase Zapier and set it up yourself or you can then schedule an implementation call but it may be a longer waiting period. 
       

      Why would I want an intake form?

       
      Using long intake forms before the client is sure they want to be a client can push clients away. However, giving a new client short questions is necessary to prepare for a meeting. 
      There are several ways you can solve this issue:

      •  If you need students to complete the entire questionnaire before meeting with you, then you can use workflows within Calendly or Acuity and add a Google form or use the form you have.
       
      • Recreate the high value questions from your form into a Calendly / Acuity event type. The answers to these questions would then appear inside the student's profile within your CounselMore account. See this article for more info on creating a Calendly intake form
