Add another user to my account
To add a license to your account, you will need to be on the CounselMore 2024 platform. To move to he 2024 platform, you will need to contact support@counselmore.com. They will move your account-back end and you will experience no interruption or visual changes on your side. Only capabilities will be added to your account.
When their account is successfully migrated to the new platform, the member can
"Add Account" anytime. From the top left side of your screen locate he Add Account button
Add Account
in the top right hand corner of your account screen, then you may not have migrated to the new platform yet.

We will help you from there.
If you have migrated to the new platform, then you will see the green button and my add another staff license at anytime.
