# Reporting – Top School Questions: App Tracker Ranking, School Report 

## Can I see how many students got into their first-choice or top school?

Not at this time. CounselMore reports show **overall acceptance rates**, not first-choice or top-choice acceptance.

To keep track of each student's preferences, rank their schools in the App Tracker (see below).

### **Ranking a student's schools in the App Tracker**

In the student's **App Tracker**, set the order of preference in either of these ways:

- **Type a number** in the rank box next to the school and press **Enter**, or
- **Click, drag, and drop** the school into place.

The school ranked **#1** is the student's first choice.

### **What "Top" means on the School Report**

Go to **Reporting → School Report**. Each column lists the schools that appear **most often across all your students**. These columns do not reflect any individual student's ranking or first choice.

| Column | What it shows |
| --- | --- |
| **Top Counselor List Schools** | Schools most frequently added to the Counselor List by the counselor |
| **Top Schools Added by Students** | Schools most commonly added by students to their Student List through the Student Portal |
| **Top Applied Colleges** | Schools that appear most frequently in App Tracker across all students |
| **Top Enrolled Colleges** | Schools most often marked **Admitted or Enrolled** as the *Final Decision* in App Tracker |
| **Top Waitlisted Colleges** | Schools most often marked **Waitlisted** as the *Initial Decision Result* in App Tracker |
