This is easily resolved. Link your counselor to this article for instructions: The counsellor should locate and add "Student Research Notes."  The counsellor should navigate to the app's counsellor list and click on the action menu to access their Data Menu and select, "Student Research Notes." Student notes will **not** remain in the database server history. It will only live on the student's list for data privacy considerations.
