For Parents & Students - Student Research Notes A column titled "Student Notes" ought to be there. The counsellor probably didn't add that column if the student can't see it. This is easily resolved.

Link your counselor to this article for instructions:
The counsellor should locate and add "Student Research Notes."
The counsellor should navigate to the app's counsellor list and click on the action menu to access their Data Menu and select, "Student Research Notes." When the pop-up appears, select the College Data Menu.
Find "Student Research Notes" and add it to the student list by clicking on the Graduation Cap Icon.
In the Student Portal, the student should now be able to find the Student Research Notes column in the College list.
The student can add notes as they wish.
Caution:
Do not remove the college from the list. Student notes will not remain in the database server history. It will only live on the student's list for data privacy considerations.
If the school is removed from the list, the notes will be lost.
