Parent Portal Account: Twins or Siblings Parent Portal Invite

For counselors: invite the parent from each student's Bio Banner

Repeat these steps on each child's student record, using the same parent email address each time.

1. Open the first student's record by clicking the pencil icon to the left of the student's name. 
2. Open the Contacts (Parent Portals) banner.
3. If the parent isn't listed yet, click Add New Contact, enter the parent's name and email, and click Save.
4. Next to the parent's contact name, click the lock icon to send the Parent Portal invite.
   
5. Open the second child's record and repeat steps 1–4, using the exact same parent email address.

For parents: accept the invitations

You'll receive a separate invitation email for each child.

• First invitation: open the email, scroll down to Reset password, set your password and log in.

• Each additional invitation: log in with the same email address and password you already set up. Don't create a new account. Your other child is added to your existing login.

Switch between your children

I'm logged in but only see one of my children. Where is my other child?

Both children are in your account. The portal simply shows one child at a time.

1. Log in to your CounselMore parent portal.
2. At the top of the screen, find your child's name and student information.
3. Click the Change student button beside it.
   
4. Select your other child. The portal switches to their profile, assignments and information.
