After running one search and pulling schools to the counselor's list, you will run a new search. During your 2nd search, some schools in the results are already marked with green check marks.
They are marked with green check mark, because they are already part of your Counselor List.
You previously selected those schools, for this student's list, and those schools are already on this student's list.
To test this:
In your 2nd search, where you see school(s) with a green check mark, remember one of the school's name, and hit done. You'll find that school already on the Counselor's List.
When you run your 2nd search and find schools already checked green:
- Focus only on schools which are not green.
- If you find any you want to add to your List, make them green.
- Click done.
- Return to your Counselor's List.
- The ones you chose in both searches are now all in your Counselor's List.
