Multi License - Managers, Remove license, counselor, delete staff position, user, account

CounselMore's multi-license user deletion feature empowers organizations with greater control over their user base, allowing them to efficiently manage counselor access. This innovative addition enhances the platform's overall functionality, providing a secure, user-friendly, and adaptable solution for institutions in the ever-evolving field of counseling and education.

To delete a counselor, the account administrator can follow the steps below:

1. Log in and navigate to the counselor's record by clicking on the counselor's name on the left-hand side of the screen. This will automatically change the center screen to display that counselor's detailed information. 
   
2. Before deletion, all students assigned to that counselor must be reassigned to another counselor — this includes students where they're the only counselor, and students where they're a secondary counselor alongside someone else. 
   
    You can reassign students two ways:
   • From the counselor's record: in either the Primary Students or Secondary Students tab, check the box next to each student you want to move, choose the new counselor from the Reassign Counselor dropdown, then click Reassign selected. 
     
   • From the student's own record: open the student, go to their bio banner, and use the Administrator section to change their assigned counselor directly.
     
     
   
   
   
3. Once every student has been reassigned away from that counselor, Click delete to remove the license.  A confirmation pop-up will appear:

   

4. Click OK to confirm the deletion, or Cancel to back out.
