Multi License - Managers, Change a counselor's email

If you need to change the email address associated with a counselor's staff account license, follow these simple steps.

Steps to Change a Counselor’s Email Address:

1. Reassign Students Away from the Current Counselor
   Before you can delete the existing counselor account, you’ll need to reassign their students to a temporary placeholder or another counselor.
   
   
2. Delete the Counselor’s Current Profile

   Once all the students have been reassigned, you can proceed with deleting the counselor’s profile
   
   
3. Create a New Counselor Profile with the Updated Email Address

   After deleting the old profile, you can create a new profile for the counselor using the correct email address.
   
   
4. Reassign Students Back to the Counselor with the New Email Address

   Once the new profile is created, you can now reassign the students back to the counselor.
