CounselMore allows counselors to effortlessly share important information by sending out emails with the same content to both the student and parent. This ensures that both parties receive the necessary information, especially when communication is meant to be delivered from both sides. By streamlining this process, CounselMore simplifies the communication between counselors, students, and parents, fostering a more efficient and effective means of sharing important updates and messages.
- Head to Messaging Tab > Emails > Compose
- This functionality enables you to send an email to two recipients at once. When creating an email, be sure to select both the student and parent in the "to" field to ensure they receive the relevant information.
- Lastly, simply press the send button to ensure the email is successfully delivered to the chosen recipients.
- Upon sending the email, you can check your inbox to confirm successful delivery to both the student and parent recipients.
