Messaging Tab - How Messaging via Email Work Between Counselors and Students in CounselMore

CounselMore provides a seamless way for counselors to communicate with students through email. However, it's important to understand where messages are sent from and replies are received to avoid confusion.

To guide you through the process, please follow these steps:

1. Compose and Send Email

  • Go to your Messaging Tab > Compose Email > Select student recipient

2. Receive Student Replies

  • When the student replies via their Gmail account their response will appear inside the Messaging Tab in CounselMore as well as in your Gmail account.
  • You can continue the conversation by clicking reply button directly within the CounselMore app.

At this time, students do not have the capability to respond directly through the CounselMore app. Update pending 2025 roadmap
