How to create a email thread of communication. Messaging Threads will be stored in your CounselMore account. Initiate by Messages tab.
Image below is the first email sent to the student.
Note:
Once the student opens your email or the delivered icon appears, the reply button will become visible.
The image below displays the first reply from the original thread.
The image below displays the second reply from the original thread.
Note:
The first reply from the original thread is not automatically included in the second reply from the original thread. This separation can sometimes lead to confusion or difficulty in tracking the progression of a conversation, so it's essential to be mindful of this when replying to emails. By being aware of this email behavior, you can take proactive steps to ensure that all replies are linked together cohesively, allowing for a more seamless communication experience.
