A bulletin board within the Messages Tab, where you can exchange messages in real time.

- To begin a conversation with your student, first go to the Messaging Tab and click on the "Chat with student portal" sub-tab. Your student can now engage with the conversation.
It is important for counselors and students to be mindful and cautious when using the chat feature in CounselMore because once a message is sent, it cannot be removed or unsent. This means that whatever is communicated through the chat portal remains permanently in the conversation history.
If there is a need to correct or clarify something that has been previously communicated, it is best to address it directly in a follow-up message. By doing so, counselors and students can maintain transparency and accountability in their conversations.
Being mindful and careful when using the chat portal helps to promote a positive and respectful communication environment.
