As an evangelist you are a partner promoter of CounselMore and will carry the CounselMore message out into the community. As a representative of the CounselMore community we ask that you invite colleagues into our circle of professionals. Tell them of CounselMore's shared resources and celebrate all of the advantages of working collaboratively in our unique profession.

Enthusiasm is contagious! And so is the opposite...

• Everyone makes mistakes, CounselMore included. When you hear or read any negative press involving CounselMore, we ask you to take an active role in mediation.
  
  
• We ask that you respond quickly to mitigate the disruption. We ask that you offer an alternative point of view on the same channel or in the same conversation. Remind others about the consistency of CounselMore's commitment to their colleagues and the industry.
  
  
•  Encourage people to contact Support@CounselMore.com directly with any questions or concerns. No matter the issue is, when we are contacted we will respond with care for the client and the community. 
  
  
• When you attend a conference and CounselMore is represented by a booth, we ask that you come to the booth and share your experience with new comers. Please ask for your honorary Member-Evangelist gift when you join us at the event.
  
  
• Periodically yet sparingly, you will receive a "Take Action" email. This email will invite you to participate in a collaboration discussion or survey regarding any number of topics. Not limited to development, price changes, new affiliates, policy changes, data analysis and so on.

• Most importantly, we ask for your video testimonial. Details are explained below.
  • Before you begin, read the instructions below on how to create a lasting impression video that promotes your own company as well as CounselMore.

In exchange for your participation you will receive a 40% discount for 12 months. When your video is received and approved, your status will be changed to Member-Evangelist and your account will be credited back to the date of when your video was received.

No account under any promotion will be applied credit if the account stands at a zero balance.

• All CounselMore primary account holder members are invited to be a Member-Evangelist for one year. But not everyone can be a Member-Evangelist. There are a limited number of positions available each year.
   
• This opportunity is only open one month per year. This opportunity will end on Jan. 31st, of each year. You may still submit a video with a request outside of the open submission period. 
  
  
• When the open submission window has closed, CounselMore reserves the right to use your submission immediately. Program participation for the current year or for the next year will be reviewed and approved for Member-Evangelist program status and discount on a case-by-case basis. 
  
  
• If you own multiple CounselMore accounts only one may enjoy the significant cost reduction as a Member-Evangelist. 
  
  
• Once a video testimonial is shared it cannot be unshared. If the video is not approved, you will have the opportunity to record again. Videos must be submitted or re-submitted prior to the annual closing date. 
  
  
• The Member-Evangelist cost reduction will end in 12 months from the date of the first applied account credit.  
  
  
• After the one-year anniversary you can choose to complete an application to be a Member-Evangelist for another year!

CounselMore reserves the right to revoke Member-Evangelist status at anytime, for any reason. This agreement must remain amicable, sharing a positive benefit to both parties. Any participating account can be removed from the Member-Evangelist program at anytime and a the account credit will be reversed. 

Thousands of your peer-colleagues and prospective-clients, parents, students, college admissions representatives, third-party educational service providers - all visit the CounselMore website. 

Your image and voice will be visible to these visitors. Making a lasting positive first impression will serve as an advertising tool for your own company as well as a promotion for CounselMore. Turn your obligation into opportunity!
