Links column

use the links column as a database of all links for any college. Once you add the college to a student's list, choose which of those links will be visible to them.

The Links column is a designated space where users can store college specific links for reference and easy access by clients. Any links added to this column will be initially set to unseen, meaning they will not be visible by default to new student records or college lists. This feature allows users to save and organize a variety of important links without cluttering the main interface, ensuring a streamlined and efficient user experience.

Example of how to add links

1. To edit, simply click on the pencil icon.

2.  Click the add link to external resources > insert label and the URL you wish to add > apply

3.  After applying it, the link will be added to your Links column, giving you the option to make it visible or keep it hidden from view.
