Links column

use the links column as a database of all links for any college. Once you add the college to a student's list, choose which of those links will be visible to them.

The Links column allows counselors and students to quickly access important external resources related to each college. These links can include admissions pages, application portals, financial aid sites, and other reference material.

  • By default, all available external links are turned on for each college when a college list is created or a student is added.

  • Counselors will need to manually turn off any links they do not want to appear for a student.

To add links

1. Simply click on the pencil icon.

2.  Click the add link to external resources > insert label and the URL you wish to add > apply

3.  After applying it, the link will be added to your Links column, giving you the option to make it visible or keep it hidden from view.


How to Turn Links Off or On

  1. Go to the student’s College List.

  2. Locate the Links (External Quick Reference) column.

  3. Uncheck any links you don’t want the student to see.

     

❗Checked links are visible to the student; unchecked links will be hidden.
