Google Drive - Restrict Gdrive folder access to students or parents

Restrict which documents student or parent can view within the shared folder

To achieve this, you can start by uploading the file to the designated files tab. Once uploaded, you can adjust the permissions settings for that specific folder to limit visibility to only counselors. This way, the file will be accessible and viewable exclusively by counselors, ensuring privacy and confidentiality.

1. Head to files tab > Open student folder

2. Add folder

3. Modify the access permissions 

4. Switch the Editor to Remove Access.

5. Save
