OPTION 1: Record Your Screen with the in app tool
When reporting a bug, you now have the option to record your issue, making it easier for us to understand the problem you are experiencing.
- In your application, click Help or the floating question mark
- If the article you received does not answer your question, please select the option to "contact support".
- Select priority and request type "Bug Report"
- Click Record Issue

NEW WINDOW OPENS ON SCREEN:
PRESS #2 BUTTON RECORD ISSUE AND A NEW WINDOW WILL OPEN ON SCREEN ASKING YOU TO CONFIRM RECORDING THE ENTIRE SCREEN.
ALLOW THE ENTIRE SCREEN TO BE RECORDED.
WHILE RECORDING THE RED STOP RECORDING BUTTON IS VISIBLE BUT YOU CAN DRAG IT OUT OF THE WAY IF NEEDED.
TALK THROUGH YOUR ISSUE, WHILE DEMONSTRATING THE ACTIONS YOU'VE TAKEN.
WHEN DONE, CLICK STOP RECORDING
When you click Stop Recording, your video will automatically be included as an attachment in your email.
Press Send

OPTION 2: Capture the Screenshot
For Windows Users:
• Print Screen (PrtScn): Captures the whole screen.
• Alt + Print Screen: Captures the active window.
• Windows + Shift + S: Lets you select a specific area of the screen.
For Mac Users:
• Command + Shift + 3: Captures the entire screen.
• Command + Shift + 4: Allows you to select a portion of the screen.
For Mobile Devices:
• iPhone/iPad: Press 'Power' + 'Volume Up'.
• Android: Press 'Power' + 'Volume Down'.
