How to send Tech Support a Screenshot or Screen Video Recording

If you're experiencing a technical issue, sending a screenshot or screen recording can help our team quickly diagnose and resolve the problem. Follow these steps:

Step 1: Capture the Screenshot

For Windows Users:
• Print Screen (PrtScn)
: Captures the whole screen.
• Alt + Print Screen: Captures the active window.
• Windows + Shift + S: Lets you select a specific area of the screen.

For Mac Users:
• Command + Shift + 3
: Captures the entire screen.
• Command + Shift + 4: Allows you to select a portion of the screen.

For Mobile Devices:
• iPhone/iPad
: Press 'Power' + 'Volume Up'.

• Android: Press 'Power' + 'Volume Down'.

Step 2: Record Your Screen 

When reporting a bug, you now have the option to record your issue, making it easier for us to understand the problem you are experiencing.

  • In your application, click Help or the floating question mark
  • If the article you received does not answer your question, please select the option to "contact support".
  • Select priority and request type "Bug Report"
  • Click Record Issue



When you click Stop Recording, your video will automatically be included as an attachment in your email.
