Columns - How to drag and reorder columns

Managing the display of columns in CounselMore is key to organizing your college data efficiently.

Follow these steps to reorder columns in the College Data Menu:

Development Team expects to change this UI per the Collaboration Lab feedback,

1. Go to Settings > Click on College Data Menu > Go to Reorder Columns

   
   
   
   This section lists the columns that have been selected to be visible in the Counselor List, Student List, and App Tracker.
   
2. Drag and Reorder Using the "=" Icon

   Click and hold this icon to drag and reorder the columns to your preference.
   
3. Changing the order of the columns will automatically apply the new arrangement for new students.  After you drag and reorder the columns, you'll notice below that the Counselor, Student, and App Tracker views reflect the changes you’ve made, showing the new column order.
   
   
4. Apply to Existing Students
   If you'd like to apply the new column order to your existing students, click the “Apply changes to existing students” button. This will update the display for all existing students as well.
