[Clients - Assignments tab](https://helpdesk.counselmore.com/client-management?hsLang=en#clients-assignments-tab) # How to Add Routine Meeting Notes in the Assignments Tab ## Create Meeting Agenda Templates to be re-used per meeting topic ### **How to Add Routine Meeting Notes in the Assignments Tab** 1. **Navigate to the Assignments Tab**: Start by accessing the **Assignments** tab in the student’s folder. You’ll see a menu icon in the lower-right corner. 2. **Select "Add Routine Meeting Notes"**: Click on the menu icon, and from the options presented, select **"Add Routine Meeting Notes."** 3. **Access the Routine Meeting Notes Bank**: Once selected, the **Routine Meeting Notes Bank** will open, displaying all the meeting note templates you've previously created and saved in the **Settings** menu. 4. **Apply a Routine Meeting Note**: In the Routine Meeting Notes Bank, you’ll see a list of banners representing the meeting note templates. Navigate to the respective template you want to use, and click the **gray box** on the far left of the template’s title. This will apply the meeting note template to the student’s record in the Assignments tab. 5. **👁️ 👁️ Important: Rename the Template Title**: After applying the meeting note to the student's record, it is essential to **rename the template title**. - Why? You cannot use two meeting notes with the same title in a student’s record. By changing the title, you make the meeting note template available for reuse for that specific student in future meetings. - To do this, simply edit the title of the meeting note after it has been applied. 6. **Avoid Duplicate Titles**: Please note, **no two assignments or meeting notes** can have the exact same title within a student’s folder. Renaming ensures that you can reuse the template for this student without conflicts. **Rename the Template Title** Once you have applied the meeting note to the student's record, it is crucial to rename the template title. Why is this necessary? Each meeting note within a student's record must have a unique title; using the same title for multiple notes will lead to conflicts. By renaming the title, you create the opportunity to reuse the meeting note template for this student in future meetings.
