How Students Request Data Columns in College List and App Tracker View
If a student wants to view additional data columns (such as financial data columns) in the College List or App Tracker view, these columns must be enabled by a counselor. Students can either request the columns to be turned on or use the Financial Fit Tab
What Students Should Do
If a student wants a specific data column turned on:
- Email their counselor
- Request that the desired data column(s) be enabled in their College List or App Tracker view
Once enabled, the requested columns will appear directly in the College List or App Tracker Tab.
Example Scenario: Requesting Financial Columns
If a student wants to see financial columns in their College List:
- They should email their counselor and request the financial columns be turned on
Alternative Way to View Financial Data
Even without enabling the financial data columns, students can still view financial information using the by pushing the college to the App Tracker Tab.
- Go to the College List
- Select a college

- Click “Add to App Tracker”
- Go to the Financial Fit tab

Once a college is pushed to the App Tracker, the student will be able to view financial information for that college in the Financial Fit tab
Additional Information
- Counselors can download the Financial Fit report from the Counselor Portal
- The downloaded file will appear in the student’s Files tab
- This report includes financial data for all colleges added to the App Tracker
