How can I be sure my student inquiries get to my inbox

Keep student inquiries out of your spam folder

To be sure the student inquiries you receive from the CounselMore Directory go to your inbox and create a rule following the steps below.

1. Go to you Gmail (or other email client)
2. Search for 'CounselMore Directory'
3. Open the sample email we sent
4. Click the 3 dots near the top right and select 'Filter messages like these'
5. In the resulting popup click 'Create filter'
6. Tick 'Never send to Spam' and click 'Create filter'
7. Go to your inbox and confirm the email is there
