Free Trial, Payment Details, and Automatic Plan Charges

When signing up for a CounselMore free trial, payment information is required to activate the trial. This allows uninterrupted access if the trial is not closed before it ends.

What Happens During Your Trial

  • When you sign up for a trial, you must enter your card details

  • During the trial period, you can:

    • Purchase a plan at any time, or

    • Close your trial if you decide not to continue


You will not be charged while your trial is active unless you choose to purchase a plan.


What Happens When the Trial Ends

If your trial ends and you have not closed the trial, your account will automatically be charged for the lowest available plan.

To avoid being charged, you must close your trial before the trial end date.

 

How to Close Your Trial

  1. Log in to your CounselMore account

  2. Go to Settings My Account

  3. Select Close Trial

  4. Confirm your selection


Once the trial is closed, no charges will be applied.
